The Trainer will mentor English instructors, focusing on lesson preparation and delivery, effective interaction with children, and classroom management skills. This role supports newly hired instructors’ transition into teachership and ongoing professional development. Working Hours: - Flexible based on training schedules, including some weekend classes. Salary: - Approximately up to 6,000,000 yen annually, depending on experience and effectiveness as a trainer. Contract Type: - Full-time contract with a comprehensive training program in place.
